Explanation of Corporate Culture

    A man without belief is just a body; an enterprise without its culture will be in a state of disunity.

    All the time, Tsinghua Edification is creating its own culture. The Analects of Confucius ever recorded “study, practice, faith, trust, modesty, tolerance, flexibility and benefit” , we choose those eight words because they are also originated from Tsinghua University’s exhortation of “self-discipline and social commitment” and rooted from Chinese wide cultural earth.

    Confucius taught his students to live with “study, practice, faith and trust”. He said that whoever was able to popularize “modesty, tolerance, trust, flexibility and benefit” throughout the world could be called “a benevolent person”. We choose these eight words from the Analects to explain “Edification” and take it as the central culture of our company.

    Study ---- work hard to free from unwisdom; practice ---- be brave in behavior to approach success; faith ---- be faithful to the company to bear great duty; trust ---- keep one’s promise to be reliable; modesty ---- be courteous to obtain respect; tolerance ---- be tolerant to cohere with others; flexibility ---- be smart to grasp good opportunity; benefit ---- share benefit to inspire for development.

    Make the past serve the present. Authoritative saying also shows time spirit. Our corporate culture is not only traditional but following time pace. We expect Tsinghua Edification one day to become a predominant enterprise with rich culture. Let’s inherit tradition and keep pace with the times.
